Hildegarde Geldenhuys
Hildegarde is a fitness fanatic who fearlessly takes on challenges that come her way. She has completed several endurance events, including the notoriously difficult Comrades, Wine2Wales, Cape Epic, and Africa X with ease. Her passion for fitness is evident in her unwavering dedication to her training regimen and commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle. Hildegarde is not only a fitness enthusiast but a mentor who is always willing to lend a hand and help others achieve their fitness goals.

Damian Burns
Damian Burns is a strength and conditioning expert with an impressive athletic background. He played rugby at a provincial level in school and later at university. After graduation, Damian adopted a hybrid training methodology that combines fitness and strength. For the past five years, he has consistently ranked within the top 10 Crossfitters in South Africa and recently qualified for the CrossFit World Champs in 2022.

Lize Burns
Lize has participated in high-level CrossFit and Weightlifting competitions and held the South African weightlifting champion title for two consecutive years.
Lize is not just a passionate athlete but also a driven individual who loves helping others. Her experience as a Certified CrossFit Trainer and Nutrition Coach has allowed her to inspire and motivate countless individuals to achieve their fitness goals.

Ivan Roodbol
Ivan is a fitness enthusiast who has completed various challenges, such as running 100km barefoot, running 80km through the tsitsikamma forest with a dollhouse strapped to his back, and swimming 3.2 km while pulling a 10kg log for ocean awareness.

Ivan holds a Crossfit Certification and a Personal Training Diploma, which he uses to help others achieve their fitness goals and live a more physically enriched life.

Barista | Front of House | Masterchef
Jason Roodt
Jason has more than 11 years of hands-on experience in the restaurant industry. He has always had a passion for food, and after realising that becoming a chef does not suit his soft nature, he found his love for coffee.

He spent the last five years perfecting the practice as a barista and Latte artist through training and hours of making good coffee.
